Today we mailed another care package to our sweet girl. I forgot to take a picture of everything we have sent. Hopefully the foster mom will take pictures for us in some of the outfits we have sent. I wish there is more we could do for this wonderful family.

JooHyeon's foster mom sent a stack of pictures today. Wow, what a wonderful surprise!! She also sent footprints and handprints of JooHyeon when she was a baby. Oh, she also wrote a beautiful note thanking us for all the gifts we have sent. Here are a couple of our favorite pictures. It was such a precious gift for them to send. You can see she is in such loving home.

It is so fun sending care packages to Korea. I feel like it helps me with this long wait. It is so much fun shopping for girl clothes. I hope everything fits her and her foster mom likes them.

Our social worker just spent a week in Korea. We got new pictures of JooHyeon and a short video. We watched it over and over. It sure makes the wait so much harder!! I can't believe how far away she is! I can't wait to hold her in my arms. Nico was copying all the sounds she made on the video. He loved it and kept saying, "Again, again, again!"

We sent the acceptance paperwork on January 6th. This is a special day because it is her 6th month birthday. We got our legals back on January 25th, and were so happy they came quickly. Today we got some updated pictures of JooHyeon (haven't named her yet).  It is the best feeling to see updated pictures. I showed Nico the pictures as soon as he got home from preschool. He said, "Oh, she is a cutie." She has an incredible smile!! Now we are waiting for our I600 to be approved. The Dr. in Korea also stated that she didn't have club feet. We were thrilled to learn this information.

We sent our first care package to Korea. We can't wait to see a picture of her wearing some of these cute outfits. Nico helped pack up the box and was so excited. He can't wait to meet his baby sister! When we got to the post office he said, "Are we here to get her today?" We had to explain we were just mailing off the package, but we have to wait for JooHyeon to come home.

Today we had all the paperwork notarized! With the holidays everything was closed, so we had to wait.  Now we can send in our acceptance to Korea.
